P7/KSPEU first graduates of ESSENCE master program defended their master theses

In June, at P7/KSPEU, the first graduates of the “Smart Energy Systems” master’s program launched under the ESSENCE project successfully defended their master’s theses. The final qualification works of all students have earned excellent marks. As the chairman of the attestation commission noted, in each thesis, the utmost attention was paid to the collection, analysis, and systematization of data from literary sources. As well as a high level of skill was shown while working with the theoretical basis of the smart energy systems. According to the total number of marks for the period of study, three of the graduates will receive diplomas with honors.
Graduates will attend the traditional graduation ceremony in July to hear parting words from the leading scientists of the university. At the same time, many students have already got a job in the electric power industry, where they are ready to use the acquired professional skills and abilities for the development of Russian and world energy.
