TPU signed cooperation agreement with CNAM in the context of the ERASMUS+ program (KA1)

Tomsk Polytechnic University and Conservatoire national des arts et métiers from France have signed inter-institutional agreement on exchange of students within ERASMUS+ Key Action 1.  According to the agreement, four students from CNAM will be supported with ERASMUS+ grant to study at TPU during fall semester of 2021/2022. Those students will be enrolled into the master level curriculum modernized within the ESSENCE project. Six courses from ESSENCE core curriculum are included into learning agreements of the students, including Micro grids, Smart grids and Supergrids piloted in 2019 with involvement of the previous group on CNAM’s students. The students from France will also be offered technical tours organized by TPU’s industrial partner – Tomsk distribution Grid Company.

This mobility continues long term cooperation after the break in 2020 due to covid-19 restrictions. Due to the current travel limitations we expect the delayed start of onsite classes; however partners agreed that in such situation the classes will be started in online format.

The outgoing mobility of students from TPU to CNAM is planned for 2022.
