ESSENCE presented at Erasmus+ Regional Cluster Meeting

ESSENCE project results have been presented by Anton Prokhorov (P4/TPU) and Stanislav Eroshenko (P6/UrFU) at Erasmus+ Russian Regional Cluster Meeting “Internationalisation and Impact of Erasmus+ Projects”. The online event initiated by National Erasmus+ Office in Russia was held on June 29-30, 2021, and brought together over 180 participants from Russian and foreign academic organizations.

The conference’s main goal was to present to wide audience results, outputs, outcomes, and impacts of the most interesting and influential Erasmus+ CBHE projects implemented at Russian HEIs. At the meeting, there were 11 sessions – presentations and panel discussions – addressing the most urgent thematic areas: digital transformation, sustainable development, internationalization and Bologna issues, lifelong learning, and some others.

ESSENCE project has been presented under the session “Sustainable development and cooperation with enterprises”. The consortium representatives gave an overview of the project, its innovative character, talked about expected and added value outputs and outcomes; main project stakeholders – students and industry representatives – have shared their opinion about ESSENCE. The project presentation made it obvious that ESSENCE results – numerous degree and non-degree educational programs launched within the project – are fully in line with the agenda of building a sustainable energy future through training respective highly-qualified specialists.
